Returns
We spend months making each item the very best it can be, and hopefully that means a bag that you’ll love! But in case you change your mind, items are eligible for refund when shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery, and eligible for store credit within 28 days of delivery. International orders and sample sale items are final sale.

- For US domestic orders
-To initiate a return, please submit a return request.
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Please note that the return shipping label will expire in 7 days, so please send it back as soon as possible. Write down your order number on a piece of paper and put it in the package. Simply attach the label to the package and drop off with the carrier within 3 days.
- Note: You may choose your own shipping carrier to return the order to us, please let us know via email to hello@creabags.shop with your order number and tracking number, we will provide the return address after we approve your return request. (Please note that without tracking information we may not be able to process your refund in time). We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
Domestic orders: Items are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
Please submit your return request throughthe process above. Once your request is approved, we will send you a return label. Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
There are no fees for returns. Items must be returned unused in their original packaging, and all returns require prior authorization.

Any defective items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving your label to be eligible for a refund, and any return fees will be waived for incorrect or defective items.
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 15 business days for us to inspect and process your return.
To be eligible for a refund, all products must be returned in brand-new, unused condition, intact, and with all protective materials and labels attached (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories, and dust bags. If there are any signs of wear or if the product has been used or altered in any way, we reserve the right to refuse any return or to reduce any applicable refund or exchange amount accordingly. Refused items will be returned to you at your expense.
Other Shipping Questions
By default, all orders include Navidium shipping insurance at no extra cost to you. This insurance protects your package against loss, theft, or damage.
The Shop Promise badge signifies that the product has been verified by Shopify and can be reliably delivered within 5 calendar days or less within the United States.
